Refund policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size or style selection
  • personal preference

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept claims if your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • with a manufacturing defect
  • incorrect (wrong item received)

👉 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include:

  • clear photos of the item
  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue

3. Claim Review & Resolution

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, we will provide:

✔ a replacement item
✔ or a refund/store credit (when applicable)


4. Non-Eligible Claims

We do not accept claims for:

  • normal wear and tear
  • accidental damage
  • misuse or improper handling
  • issues reported after the claim window

5. Sizing & Fit

Some items (such as adjustable rings) are designed to fit a range of sizes.

However, we are not responsible for individual fit preferences once the item has been delivered.


6. Shipping-Related Issues

If your order is:

  • significantly delayed
  • lost in transit

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
